The Fire Nation soldiers retreated into the distance and Katara returned to the docks as the other three did the same. All of the villagers began cheering proudly for their Painted Lady’s victory of the morning light. Aang, Sokka, and Toph climbed the ladder of the dock as Katara made foot in the light mist in front of them.
The boy with the scar on his shoulder smiled brightly, "I knew you’d come."
Doc headed forth to her with much gratitude, "thank you."
An older villager said in his deep voice, "Painted Lady you’re the best!"
